As the company’s Senior Creative & Campaign Manager, I led the modernization of its brand and creative ecosystem — transforming Teknor Apex from a traditional industrial manufacturer into a design-driven, customer-centric brand.
My work unified internal communications, corporate branding, and product marketing under a cohesive creative vision — one that blends innovation with approachability, and strategic clarity with visual sophistication.

Brief: Create new sales enablement sell-sheets, update existing ones.
Challenge: Business Units having their own process, look and feel, different heads of departments working with different agencies.
Creative process: Start analyzing commonalities, user needs, and business goals. Create a set of layouts to serve all needs, create a master file with design templates for quicker creation, and a unified visual identity.
Metrics/results/impact: Achieving efficiencies that saved over $600K annually, and increasing output by 260%.

Brief: Create customer-centric presentations and assets.
Challenge: Each product line and business unit has a distinct customer set and audience profile.

Brief: Product launch or case studies need to be published for inbound marketing and lead capture.
Challenge: Create something novel, yet adhering to the rest of the company's visual identity. Utilize organic and paid channels, PR, and website CMS.
Creative process: Start with the USP of the case study or product, create a unique visual idea, capture the WHAT (pellets), WHY (sustainable), and the HOW (eBook with data points).
